The Technological Educational Institute of Crete being the host of this year’s event in Heraklion provided all necessary conditions and a concise schedule for the active professional project related discussions.
The project is approaching to its end, therefore the main focus of the meeting was finalising the questions related to testing and developmental questions of the application before the preliminary events in summer. Local conditions and possibilities are both important factors for partners when organising their own events to the target audience, so good practices and ideas were circulated between participants in order to assist each other in organisational issues. An intensive brainstorming session was also included in the program with the topic of planning communication channels - among others possible topics for a Webinar were considered.
The meeting’s two days were full of details to be discussed, and the thematic group work focusing on specific issues has been of great help for all participants to make further progress with their tasks. Furthermore, successful realisation of set project goals will also be enhanced as a result of team work in Crete.
