{"id":3104,"date":"2017-12-20T08:42:00","date_gmt":"2017-12-20T08:42:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/qulto.eu\/projects\/opusnet-notorrent-agazati-infrastruktura\/"},"modified":"2020-07-22T07:43:10","modified_gmt":"2020-07-22T07:43:10","slug":"opusnet-notorrent-agazati-infrastruktura","status":"publish","type":"projects","link":"https:\/\/qulto.eu\/en\/projects-en\/opusnet-notorrent-agazati-infrastruktura\/","title":{"rendered":"OpusNet \/ NoTorrent"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are working in the VEKOP-2.1.1-15-2016 project with L\u00edra Ltd. as a consortium partner on creating infrastructure supporting the legitimate use, service and digitisation of works under copyright and providing automatised cooperation for stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Directive 2012\/28\/EU for orphan works in terms of digitizability\/accessibility considers adequate licensing as a key issue and determines the criteria and source of searching for the rightholders.
