Qulto ePublisher is a central service to which subscribing rights holders (institutions, publishers and institutional publishers) can upload their controlled publications and lecture notes intended for online use.
Its centralised design makes it possible to introduce electronic interlibrary loan based on agreements between institutions and publishers, enabling more effective use of the digitised and born-digital e-publications produced at Hungarian universities.
