Flexible description
1,400+ data types, controlled subject heading lists, dictionaries, customisable forms.
An internationally recognised collection management system for every museum, supporting records and professional work with software from cataloguing all the way to exhibition organisation.

With the Qulto Museum integrated collection management system, museums can manage the records of their cultural assets, from replacing paper-based records to preserving objects and publishing them in several languages. Thanks to its flexibility, every institution can tailor its records to its own professional needs while complying with the relevant Hungarian legislation.
We develop our software with our customers' needs in mind, and the Petőfi Irodalmi Múzeum has been our key partner in this process from the very beginning. Following international descriptive standards, our product ensures that data can be exchanged with other public collection systems, while cloud-based operation guarantees the security of data stored on servers in Hungary.
