The Journey from Data to Exhibition – A Qulto Workshop for Museum Professionals in Cluj-Napoca
We invite museum professionals to a workshop in Cluj-Napoca on 19 November 2026. Titled “Digital Museums in Practice”, the event shows how a collection can travel from data to an exhibition that truly engages visitors.
The in-person workshop, organised by Qulto, features expert presentations, case studies drawn from successful projects, and hands-on demonstrations of technology-based solutions. Our confirmed speakers are Livia Magina of the Museum of the Mountainous Banat in Reșița and Sorina Stanca of the “Octavian Goga” County Library in Cluj, who will share their institutions’ experiences with digital heritage and local history projects.
The Qulto team will present web solutions for museums, examples of online catalogues from Romania, and a captivating exhibition project. Our partner Zengo will bring interactive screens and installations for participants to explore and try out, all designed to bring collections closer to visitors.
The event takes place from 10:00 to 14:00 at Cluj Hub in Cluj-Napoca. Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.
